Both have a great deal of financial and business knowledge, said Booker chairman Richard Rose: 'Karan also brings his deep understanding of the beverage industry with a strong consumer-facing brand while Andrew is a seasoned non-executive director. The company went through a reverse takeover earlier in the year, brining together Blueheath and Booker holding company Giant TopCo, creating a business with over £3bn in sales.
