BDO France’ six founding partners are Jean-Pierre Allouch; Vincent Baillot; Jean-Paul Papeix; François Rosse, previously employed by ABPR; Michel Léger of Léger & Associates; and Patrick Giffaux, who will merge their existing practices into a new entity.

The firm, which counts 16 partners and 267 staff, has four offices in the greater Paris region, one in Burgundy and one in Provence.

The business plan of the firm is based on significant growth prospects expected from the incoming referrals generated by the BDO International network, as well as major new clients in the French market, an active merger policy and high level recruitment prospects.

Michel Léger, BDO France chief executive officer, said the new firm responded to clients’ needs for more choice and to the demand by regulators for greater competition.
