Carl Jackson, the national head of Tenon Recovery, based at their Southampton office, has been appointed an executive director of Tenon Group.
Andy Raynor, Tenon chief executive, said Jackson’s appointment would strengthen the firm’s position in the SME market and increase its operational management capabilities. ‘Carl will continue his role as head of recovery to ensure we maximise the huge opportunity we have in the turnaround and recovery marketplace,’ he said.
He said Jackson had been heavily involved with the acquisitions of Jackson Jolliffe Cork and Unity in the North West and HMT Corporate Recovery and Insolvency in Reading. ‘The acquisition of these practises has added significant scale to the business – Tenon Recovery is now the second largest corporate appointment taker in the UK,’ Raynor said.
Tenon Recovery has 28 offices nationally, offering a comprehensive insolvency services led by 35 recovery directors and 350 staff.
