Sisters carry on fight in the courts against double IHT whammy

Two elderly sisters will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights over having to pay inheritance tax on the property they both share if one of them died.
The British sisters, who claim they should have the same rights as same-sex couple, lost in the Human Rights court last December.
They have made a will leaving their half of the property to each other, but wil have to pay IHT twice when they both die.
The courts voted four to three against the sisters last year.
