Ex-Deloitte Consulting exec called in at EMI

Will evaluate divisional heads at company

Written by AccountancyAge.com

Ashley Unwin, a former Deloitte Consulting executive, has been appointed to evaluate the performance of EMI's divisional heads, following the ousting of Eric Nicoli, the company's long-serving chief executive.

The company has also called in Julie Williamson, one of new CEO Guy Hand's key lieutenants to review the company's relationships with key partners such as Apple.

Hands has already appointed former ICI executive Chris Roling to oversee a major shake-up of the company's structure.
