Xansa to be sold to French group

Bid accepted for group which does work for Beeb and NHS

Written by Larry Schlesinger

Xansa, the accounting and IT outsourcing group, is to be sold to French IT service provider Steria in a deal worth around £472m.

The combined company would rank among the top 10 in its sector in Europe with revenues in excess of £1.2bn
