PwC launches April grad intake to allow newly-qualifieds to take hols before beginning their career

Written by Kevin Reed

PricewaterhouseCoopers has launched an April graduate intake in response to recently-qualifieds wanting to travel or take time out before starting their professional career.

The firm has 100 spaces available for students across the UK for April 2008, and is looking to take applications now.

Charles Macleod, UK resourcing leader at PwC, said: 'We have seen a noticeable increase in the number of graduates entering the firm who have chosen to take time out before joining us – 43% in 2006 – and have therefore launched our April 2008 intake initiative to accommodate this trend.'
