243 candidates now eligible to become chartered tax advisers
The Chartered Institute of Taxation has
released results from its November 2006 examinations taken by 753 candidates on
7 and 8 November 2006.
John Cullinane, institute president said 243 candidates had satisfied the
examiners and were now eligible to become chartered tax advisers (provided they
meet the experience requirement) while a further 273 individuals have made
progress towards that goal in this sitting.
The examinations were made under a new credits structure.
The Institute Medal for the candidate with the best overall performance
across all four papers was awarded to Claudia Danielle Zwirn of Bushey Heath,
who is employed by PwC in London.
The full results can be found on the CIOT
website.
