Elwyn Graham Vaughan, 40, of Bryn Saethon, Penrhyndeudraeth, the managing
director of a Gwynedd enterprise agency, will be tried over accusations of false
accounting.
Elwyn, the managing director of Cymad, in the town of Porthmadog, first
appeared at Pwllheli magistrates court on June 21.
He denied two charges of false accounting, involving two cheques, one for
£500 and the other for £180.
The offences allegedly took place on 19 August 2005 with Vaughan charged on
June 14 this year.
The two charges will be heard at Crown Court in Caernarfon on 20 October.
Vaughan’s unconditional bail was extended to that date.
Enterprise agencies are designed to help create jobs, regenerate communities
and stimulate economic growth.
