Former Enron chief executives Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling will have to wait until October to find out how long their prison sentences will be.
US district judge Jim Lake granted the pair’s lawyers more time to prepare arguments that they should not spend the rest of their lives in prison following a scheduling conflict, defence lawyer Daniel Petrocelli said.
