Grant Thornton signs IT deal

Mid-tier firm awards deal to Tikit for CRM system to better manage clients

Written by Kevin Reed

Grant Thornton has awarded a contract to software company Tikit for the implementation of a customer relationship management IT system across 1,600 users.

The deal, for an undisclosed value, is intended to give partners and staff a company-wdie view of its clients and will help manage new business activity.

'It will allow us to deal with our external stakeholders in a much more intelligent and insightful way,' said Grant Thornton London managing partner Malcolm Ward.
