On Saturday, Andreasen, the former chief accounting officer at the EU, will air her claims in a speech at a conference hosted by the Democracy Movement, an anti-euro lobbying group.
She shot into the media spotlight in 2001 after she refused to approve the accounts of the EU and was later suspended after saying there were failures in the European Union's accounting system and for warning its £69bn annual budget was open to fraud and abuse.
