Its annual fee income is more than £200m, and as an independent member of Baker Tilly International, it is part of a global network that has 126 member firms in 93 countries.
Through a recent AiM flotation, it assembled a team drawn from London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Birmingham and Watford. This national approach meant that the client benefited from advice in areas such as audit, tax, due diligence and VAT as they negotiated the flotation.
