pay your dues

aliens coming to the UK ... England in particular ... must pay their dues as they benefit from being in our 4 great countries & earn from it.

People like Lewis Hamilton who came to England, benefitted from our health & education system & then became a self imposed tax exile as soon as he was earning the money to repay the British taxpayer should be taxed penaly when earning in England.

Similarly, those aliens coming should be required to take out private health insurance and be excluded from benefiting from the NHS which is costing British Subjects dearly.
