Gavin Hinks talks to Paul Druckman, former ICAEW president and chairman of Prince Charles's Accounting for Sustainability Forum, about whether sustainability issues in accountancy have been forgotten in the desperate scramble to survive the recession.

I believe it is far more important now when the economy is in dire recession to fully adopt ?impact or connected reporting framework? to gain the competitive edge. From the experience of working with the clients in the non-profit and voluntary sector I believe they are taking 'impact or connected reporting' quite seriously as it has become an important tool for them to gain competitive edge and sell their services
