Bell boasts more than 25 years’ experience as a chartered tax adviser, trust and estate practitioner and formerly practised as a solicitor for nearly 30 years. She chairs the Quoted Companies Alliance Share Scheme Experts Group, and was part of the advisory committee for the Office of Tax Simplification’s reports on share schemes.
Jolly holds more than 14 years’ experience in the private equity market in a career that has taken in stints as a shipbroker and EY, where he was senior manager of corporate finance for more than seven years.
Baker Tilly’s London head of employer solutions Anne-Marie Welch said: “Fiona will be an asset to the tax team, and in particular, Baker Tilly’s employer solutions group. Her strong expertise in this area will add a great deal to our share scheme capability across the country.”
Baker Tilly head of corporate finance Rob Donaldson said: “Charlie has a wealth of experience in the private equity arena and I’m delighted to welcome him to the team here in London. Private equity is an area we plan to strengthen and grow going forward and I have no doubt we will achieve this with Charlie on board.”
