TELECOM PLUS has engaged KPMG as its new auditor.
The Big Four firm replaces BDO, which following its merger with PKF in March 2013, had been the utility company’s auditor since its inception in 1996.
Telecom Plus called in the change of auditor following a recommendation by its audit committee following a formal tender process.
Its annual results for the year ending 31 March 2015 are set to be announced on 3 June 2015.
