MITCHELL CHARLESWORTH has merged with Widnes rival Jennor & Co.
The 78th largest accountancy firm Charlesworth, has fives offices across the UK and competed with Widnes-based Jennor & Co.
The regional firm has three staff members, including the managing partner, who will all relocate to Mitchell Charlesworth's offices. The move is expected to increase the firm's tax and payroll divisions.
