Subject to shareholder approval, Gordon Stuart will join the company as an independent non-executive director
THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER of TMF Global has been appointed to the board of digital radio technology business Sepura.
Subject to shareholder approval, Gordon Stuart will join the company as an independent non-executive director. Currently CFO of TMF Group, a provider of outsourced business services, Stuart was previously group finance director of London Bridge Software, Xansa and Alexander Mann Solutions
The company also announced that independent non-executive directors Tony Illsley and David Tilston will retire from the board.
John Hughes, chairman of Sepura, said: “We are greatly appreciative to Tony and David for their substantial and valuable contributions and service to Sepura over the past six years, in their roles both as directors and as chairmen of our remuneration and audit committees respectively.”
