MALCOLM WYMAN has joined Serco Group as a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee.
Wyman, a chartered accountant and the former chief financial officer of SABMiller, is a non-executive director of Imperial Tobacco, a non-executive director of Tsogo Sun Holdings and senior independent director and audit committee chairman of Nedbank Group in South Africa.
Alastair Lyons, Serco's chairman, said: "I am delighted to have Malcolm joining our board and providing succession as chairman of our audit committee.
"His significant financial and international business experience will enable him to make a strong contribution to the work of both."
