CVS names Nick Perrin as group FD

VETERINARY SERVICES PROVIDER CVS has appointed Nick Perrin as group finance director with effect from 1 January 2013.

Perrin, a chartered accountant, replaces Paul Coxon, whose departure was announced in July.

Perrin is currently interim chief financial officer with Praesepe, a UK bingo and gaming centre operator. Between 2008 and 2011, he was FD at casino operator Genting UK.

Previously, he spent nine years at the Co-operative Group, first as the group's financial controller and then as the director of finance for the group's specialist retail division.
