MAZARS‘ financial planning arm has acquired two workplace savings businesses.
Its purchases of Citrus4Benefits and Surf & Consult boost the firm’s fee-based IFA division.
The two acquisitions provide detailed benefits and workplace savings consultancy advice.
Ian Pickford, Mazars partner and advisory services director, said: “We are delighted to announce this deal.
“The addition of their [the two aquisitions’] team and clients will broaden our national coverage and further enhance our range of client services.
“We are keen to develop the corporate consultancy services provided by Surf & Consult to meet the growing need of pension and risk providers in the rapidly changing corporate market place.”
