Foye takes FD role at Wilmington
Media specialist to take on business information FD post later in the year
TONY FOYE is set to take the top finance role at business information and publishing group Wilmington.
Foye joins the group in September as a director, taking the FD position in November at the departure of current FD Basil Brookes.
Foye has a long career in the media sector. He served as group FD for academic publisher Taylor & Francis Group between 1987 and 2004. He then took the FD role of an enlarged group after its acquisition by Informa.
Between 2009 and 2011 he served as CFO and COO of AIM-listed Critical Information Group.
He also chaired the audit committee of YouGov between 2005 and 2009.
