RSM TENON, the listed accounting company which reshuffled its board last month after a profit warning, has appointed a head of corporate finance.
Peter Vandervelde has been made national chair of RSM Tenon's corporate finance team. Previously he was managing director for RSM Tenon's transaction services.

Last month Andy Raynor and Bob Morton, chief executive and chairman at RSM Tenon, left the company after it revealed that it expected to report a loss for the six months to 31 December 2011.
The UK's seventh-biggest accountant also said that it could be forced to restate its financial year results. The company's share price closed nearly 30% lower on the day of the profit warning.
