Ex-PwC partner takes RBS director role

FORMER PWC PARTNER Richard Kibble has taken on the role of group director of strategy and corporate finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Kibble has been partner at the Big Four firm since 2008 and has more than 20 years' experience leading the strategic consulting team. Prior to PwC he was managing partner for Trinsum, formerly Marakon Associates.

Stephen Hester, CEO RBS, said: "We welcome Richard to RBS. He brings strong experience in financial services strategy and we are pleased to have him join our team."

Kibble takes on his new role in March and succeeds Jennifer Hill who left the bank in April last year to join Bank of America as investment bank chief financial officer.
