Roll-Royce's Shilston pulls into BP

Andrew Shilston takes non-exec role at BP

ROLLS-ROYCE CFO Andrew Shilston is set to join the BP board as a non-executive director.

Shilston has served as Rolls-Royce CFO since 2002, and retires from the engine manufacturer at the end of the year. He is currently a non-executive at Circle Holdings and served in the same role for Cairn Energy between 2004 and 2008.

Brian Gilvary took the CFO role at BP in October 2011.
