    UHY wins GEONG audit from Mazars

    UHY wins GEONG audit from Mazars

    AIM-listed software company chooses UHY Hacker Young as its new auditor

    AIM-LISTED software provider GEONG International has replaced auditors Mazars with UHY Hacker Young.

    The new audit appointment followed a tender process. There are no circumstances brought by Mazars to the shareholders in relation to stepping down as auditors.

    “The Board is appreciative of the service provided by Mazars LLP to the Company over the years,” GEONG said in a statement to the stock exchange.

    GEONG provides content management software to the Chinese market. It is registered in Jersey and listed on AIM in 2006.
