FORMER KPMG senior partner David Clifford has joined Carpetright as a non-executive director.
Clifford led KPMG’s consumer markets unit, advising a number of retailers.
He is appointed onto Carpetright’s audit and remuneration committee.
Lord Harris of Peckham, chairman and chief executive, said: “I am delighted that David has agreed to join Carpetright’s board as an independent non-executive director. His experience and track record will enable him to make a valuable contribution to the board.”
