    3i's Wilson takes Legal & General non-executive role

    Julia Wilson to serve on Legal & General's audit committee

    LEGAL & GENERAL has recruited 3i group finance director Julia Wilson to its board as a non-executive.

    Wilson previously held the deputy FD role at 3i and served as director of corporate finance at Cable & Wireless.

    She joins Legal & General’s audit and nominations committees.

    John Stewart, chairman of Legal & General said: “She brings a rigorous intellect and great breadth of experience from her roles in 3i and Cable & Wireless. I very much look forward to working with her.”
