ACCOUNTANCY AGE can reveal the ten practices that have made our first 'Best Employers' list.
The 2011 Accountancy Age - Best Employers list has set out to identify and flag up the best ten firms to work for in the UK.
The project is a joint effort between Accountancy Age and Best Companies Group. UK firms entered a two-part process, including an evaluation of their policies, systems, philosophies and demographics. The second part, worth 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure their experience.
The highest-ranked practice will be revealed at the British Accountancy Awards on 30 November.
The finalists are:
Charterhouse (Accountants) LLP
Fish Partnership LLP
George Hay Chartered
GreenStones Limited
Lambert Roper & Horsfield
Lamont Pridmore
Menzies LLP
Reeves & Co
Roffe Swayne
Wellden Turnbull LLP
