A FINANCE DIRECTOR veteran has joined the board of IT services business Parity as chairman of the audit committee.
Mike Phillips has ten years experience as a company director and is currently chief financial officer of software company Micro Focus International. He has worked as group FD, then chief executive of IT business Morse until its sale to 2e2 in June 2010, as well as group FD at Microgen for nine years.
He succeeds Nigel Tose who steps down in mid-November having worked on the board for five years.
