LONG-SERVING Harris and Trotter partner Stephen Garbutta is taking a non-exec role at Cheerful Scout PLC.
He joins the AIM-listed multimedia business as it undergoes a boardroom shakeup and a focus on growth through acquisition. Garbutta has been a partner at Harris and Trotter for 30 years, and heads up its corporate finance and M&A department.

Cheerful Scout's name will also change to Aeorema Communications Group, which "will allow the company to add additional disciplines and companies to complement its existing operations, cheerful scout and twentyfirst".
