IGAS ENERGY'S new chief financial officer is Stephen Bowler, formerly adviser at Royal Bank of Scotland broker Hoare Govett.
Bowler began his career at Deloitte predecessor Touche Ross, where he worked in audit and corporate finance.

IGas Energy chairman Francis Gugen said Bowler will bring "a wealth of experience to the role".
The new CFO commented: "This is an exciting time for IGas Energy with the accelerated drilling programme now under way and the anticipated transformational acquisition of Star Energy Group Limited. I am very much looking forward to joining the team and helping to create a substantial onshore oil and gas company in the UK."
