ANDREW SHILSTON is recruited to the board of employee co-owned healthcare provider Circle.
He joins as audit committee chair and non-executive director. Shilston is an ICAEW and Association of Corporate Treasures members.
Shilston has held several senior finance roles including group FD of Rolls Royce and FD of Enterprise Oil. He was also previously a non-executive director of Cairn Energy and AEA Technology.
Circle is the largest partnership of doctors, nurses and healthcare professions in the UK.
