New FD in Porta Communications board reshuffle
Porta Communications has a new FD, Keith Springall, and two long-standing members have stepped down to make way for new blood
PORTA COMMUNICATIONS’ new finance director is Keith Springall (pictured), who comes to the board after a major reshuffle.
He replaces Paul Foulger who, alongside Adam Reynolds, have been involved with the company for five years and have now resigned to make way for a new management team.
Two new members will also join the board in the near future, including a chairman.
Foulger and Reynolds brought in David Wright as CEO in November 2010, with a brief to build a corporate communications business.
