ENERGY-EFFICIENCY business Anesco has appointed Hedley Mayor as chief financial officer.
Mayor joins the Reading-based company from AIM-listed software business System C; he has also worked at venture capital trusts provider Octopus Investments.
The business has more than 350 employees and turnover in excess of £40m.
Chief executive Adrian Pike said that Mayor's appointment was a "critical milestone" for the business, which is looking to expand to 500 staff over the next three years.
