THE FINANCE DIRECTOR of AIM-listed Biofutures International has resigned.
Clive Purdy had been in the role since January this year. A company statement reported that he had "resigned due to other commitments".

Purdy was also company secretary at the group. Before joining Biofutures he worked as an insolvency director at Morrison Stoneham, now part of Tenon Group. He trained at Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983.
Biofutures invests in the energy and utility sectors and made an operating loss of £1m in 2010.
