CROWE CLARK WHITEHILL has surpassed Mazars in the Hemscott auditor rankings list as it gained four clients and Mazars lost two.

A spokesman for Morningstar, which compiles the information confirmed CCW would move to tenth place from thirteenth on the overall auditor rankings guide if the figures stay the same for the next week.

The Hemscott guide ranks all auditors in the industry by the number of clients it has.

It's latest quarterly report is due to be published at the end of June.
