Finance director takes non-exec role at Zotefoams

EX- FTSE 250 finance director Marie-Louise Clayton has taken a non-exec role at Zotefoams.

Clayton alongside Alex Walker were appointed to the Croydon-based business and will work on the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

Clayton was previously non-exec and chair of the audit committee at port management business Forth Ports. She was previously group finance director of FTSE 250 oil and gas company Venture Productions before its merger with Centrica. Prior to that she held senior positions at power supply businesses General Electric and Alstom

Currently the chartered accountant is a non-execs at construction business Geoffrey Osborne.

Zotefoams' chairman Nigel Howard said: "Marie-Louise and Alex's broad business experience will strengthen and complement the skill base on the board. We look forward to their contribution in developing the group's business."

Zotefoams provides foam used in the aviation, aerospace and leisure industry. It also has subsidiaries in the US.
