RICHARD JONES has resigned as chief financial officer of cinema chain Cineworld.
Jones has been with the company for more than 15 years and is leaving to pursue "fresh challenges".
Jones, who qualified at Touche Ross, was responsible for IT, taxation, treasury and business planning at the firm. Prior to Cineworld, he worked at Clark Whitehill.
Tony Yoe, vice-president of commercial finance, and Suki Dhadwar, vice-president of financial operations, have assumed Jones' responsibilities on an interim basis while the business seeks a successor.
