XCHANGING has appointed David Bauernfeind as chief financial officer, at the same time appointing Ken Lever (pictured) as chief executive officer.
Lever had been acting CEO in addition to his CFO role but has now stepped down from the latter position to concentrate on being CEO.
Bauernfeind was formerly CFO of the business processing company’s human resources services, also working in a number of senior finance roles including finance and commercial director of Xchanging’s continental Europe region.
Chairman Nigel Rich said: “David Bauernfeind has extensive financial and operating experience of the various areas of the business having worked in almost all of them in senior financial positions since he joined the company 10 years ago.”
