    E&Y trumps PKF in investment fund audit bid

    E&Y pushed PKF aside in the bid to audit Imara African Opportunities Fund

    IMARA AFRICAN Opportunities Fund has dropped auditor PKF in favour of Ernst & Young.

    The change was made with effect from 23 November 2009 but the official notification was not published until today due to “administrative oversight”.

    Domiciled in the British Virgin Islands, the company is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. No one was available to comment on the change of auditor.
