Former E&Y director joins Grant Thornton

Martin Lambert

EX-ERNST & YOUNG executive director Martin Lambert has taken a tax partner role in Grant Thornton's corporate and international division.

Lambert (pictured) joined E&Y, where he qualified, in 1988 and worked his way through the ranks to executive director of tax.

In his new role he will focus on advising large and mid-market business while  based in the London office. At E&Y Lambert worked with clients in a variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, real estate, construction, and hospitality sector.

"He [Lambert] is an experienced corporate tax expert who has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience that we can share with our clients," said Phil Barrett, head of London tax at Grant Thornton.
