NORTHERN FOODS' group finance director and acting chief executive Simon Herrick is to step down from the business later this year.
Herrick, (pictured) who trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers, will leave the company following its sale to BH Acquisitions.

He joined the business in January 2010 as group finance director and took the added responsibility of acting chief executive from November to April.
Most recently, Herrick was group finance director of FTSE 250 business Kesa Electricals and has held senior roles at PA Consulting, Hays and Regus.
Northern Foods said that it will make a further announcement when a date has been set for Herrick's departure.
