Restore chief executive Charles Skinner said: "I am delighted that Harvey is joining our Board ...attracting someone of his calibre is a clear demonstration of the scale of our ambition to continue the rapid development we have achieved over the past 18 months."
Skinner took the helm at Restore last year when the business, then called Mainwood, had interim losses of £2.1m. During this period there was no finance director with the CEO signing off on accounts with the help of the finance function.
