KRESTON INTERNATIONAL is celebrating its entry into the Forum of Firms, an association of 22 globally active accounting networks.
Full membership status is granted upon meeting certain requirements, including fulfilling the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board's quality checks, and putting in place working practices conforming to the international Ethics Standards Board's code for accountants.
Robert Dohrer, chair of the organisation, said: "By taking part in the forum's activities, Kreston and other forum members have an important role in contributing to public confidence in the accountancy profession and in financial reporting in general."
