ATHOLL DUNCAN has been appointed executive director of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland, fresh from his latest post as head of news and current affairs at BBC Scotland.
He will focus on the body's new strategic plan, 'Building a Professional Community', as well as facilitating the rapprochement of members around the world.
