ELENA SHISHKINA takes the chief financial officer role at German technology giant SAP's UK and Ireland (UKI) regions.
She joined the German IT business in 2005 working with the chief operating officer for two years in the company's Commonwealth of Independence State (CIS) in Russia. She was most recently CFO and acting general manager for that region

Shishkina will take on responsibility of financial management, compliance and growth for the financial software business in her new role.
"We are already a leader in our market and we want to continue not just to be a leader, but to grow and be the best we possibly can be. To do this we need to continue to hone in on and manage financial risk and drive efficiencies through timely, informed decisions and effective process management," said Shishkina.
She has more than 13 years' experience in business having worked as CFO of ASB Reitung in Russia, and a consultant for InterMatrix.
