Transaction software business Gresham Computing has named Rob Grubb as its group finance director.
Grubb has served at the business since April 2010.
Gresham announced £300,000 profits before tax for the year ending 31 December 2010, compared to a £7.7m loss a year earlier.
A strong order book for 2011 sees the company expecting profits to be materially ahead of market expectations.
Its share price fell 2.75p to 37.5p during this morning's trading.
