THE CHANCELLOR HAS announced there will be 21 new enterprise zones across England.
These enterprise zones will include 100% discount on business rates and an enhanced capital allowance rate for all manafacturing businesses.
The first ten will be in urban areas, including Birmingham, Solihull, Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield. A further ten will be announced in the summer. One will be in London, to be chosen by mayor Boris Johnson.
